#29 - Celtic Lovers

Lovers in a tangle Celtic drawings representing, like in many other culture, mutual connection of two people being close to each other. Symbolic complexity and number of “threads” give combination of a couple without clear beginning or ending, which predicts constant and inseparable affection. Such sings, apart from showing symbolic mutual dependency of two people, were regarded as reinforcement of their ties. They also prevented direct conflicts by putting them on different routs and finally fading them away.
